These Regulations define the rules of provision of an electronic service by means of a website located at the following address: http://www.amrest.eu/pl (hereinafter: the “Website”) to Internet end users visiting the Website (hereinafter: the “Users”).
The service is provided by AMREST HOLDINGS S.E., with its registered office in Wrocław at pl. Grunwaldzki 25-27, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register at KRS 0000320252, kept by the District Court in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP [tax identification no.] 1010002998, (hereinafter the “Provider”).
These Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act dated 18th July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws no. 144, item 1204).
Service and use of service
The service provided consists in making available to Internet end users the content of the Website related to the Provider’s activity.
The service is available to Internet end users.
The service is intended for all Internet end user using the Website.
The Service is provided free of charge.
The service may be appropriately used only by means of a PC, Mac or similar device connected to the Internet, equipped with an operational system (Windows, Mac OS, Linux or similar) and an Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari).
The Provider makes every effort to ensure at all times a continuous and full availability of the service provided. However, it does not guarantee its availability, and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any function or property of the service to any extent and at any time. The Provider advises you that no change, withdrawal, suspension or transformation of any function or property of the Service will require prior notification.
The Provider is not liable for any damage caused by an inappropriate use of the Service, and in particular caused by using the Service by the User or other users contrary to the provisions of these Regulations.
The Provider is not liable for any problems related to the use of the Service if they have taken place as a result of events which the Provider, acting with due diligence, could not have foreseen or prevented, nor is it liable for force majeure events.
The content of the Website is for information purposes only, and it does not constitute legal, business, tax or investment advice. Every effort has been made to make the information contained on the Website correct; however, the Provider does not guarantee it is complete, comprehensive, accurate or up to date.
The Website may contain links to information placed on other websites. This, however, does not mean that the authors of the information featured on the Website take any stance on the content of such websites or are liable for it.
Any complaints about the Service will be made by email sent to the following address: email@example.com.
A complaint will contain at least the following: the time and date of the incident complained about, the email address of the complainer and a concise description of the complainer’s reservations.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of their receipt, the order being based on the filing date. If the said deadline cannot be met, the Provider will inform the complainer accordingly, providing the reasons for extending it and the response time, as foreseen.
The complainer will be advised about the manner of processing their complaint by email sent to the address provided in the complaint.
The obligations arising from these Regulations are governed by the Polish law.
